Heard enough about building/wall collapses in Mumbai. The worrying factor here is that, this is not an old building/wall, but a new building under construction. If the condition of the newer ones is this, then we can guess what would be condition of old buildings after some years. Its high time the government takes action on these builders, so that no such carelessness does happens in the future. The government should make understand the builders that this is a serious business and not a time pass to make money business.
