At least in Bihar rot looks like rot. But in Bangalore, there is a facade. Inside it is rot. Politicians of all sorts practice hypocrisy here. They are callous and indifferent to the plight of citizens. The citizens' welfare is neglected. Roads are full of humps and pot holes. Traffic congestion is not managed by Police who do not bother about avoidable accidents which are a daily routine. On the other hannd, they try to make money out of desperate commuters.
