Sir, Indian defence programme is known to achieve what it is supposed to, but almost always crossing the deadlines. Don't they apply state of the art management techniques to curb the timelines of the given projects? Aren't they equipped with the latest knowledge of all the management techniques? I would also say that the best minds of India should be there working on the projects like ICBM , not MNC's software projects..!!
