Dear Mr. Hamid Mir, You are mistaken that Indian Government didnt offer help and they were out there to score brownie points. Even before this news of Indian soldiers helping Pakistan army of repairing bunker etc came out, Musharraf had declined help citing sensitive areas as region of operations. India has already sent 3 consignment of help and Musharraf later recognised that. I think you should have been more careful in making such claims. Anshuman Jain
