One more landmark decision by the judiciary of the nation, proving the credibality of judicial sysytem, but still the question is that will it have any impact on the political parties (esp. congress which removed five governors in the name of depoliticization) or it will also be lost in the league of previos decisions on uniform civil code, reservation issue, shaira bano case etc. etc.
