Supreme Court Verdit -Dissolution of Bihar Assembly

The judgement is acceptable to some extend.
Whether the election process start or not, when the dissolution is illegal, then the assembly should be restored.
Therefore, as usual, the five judges have given verdit typed in some pages. No value.
When it is illegal, then who is accounted for.
