It is a shame on the part of the Central Govt.not to have sacked the governor for his unconstitutional acts beore calling for election in Bihar. Now atleast the governor should be removed forthwith since the SC has clearly repudiated the dissolving of the Bihar Assembly.
But the honorable court has not punished either the Govt. at centre or the governor. This judgement has given a way to the Centre and the puppet governor to behave in the same manner in future also and get away by mauaring the election process to be announced by the Election Commission.
