The order of supreme court has clearly pointed out that the dissolution of assembly of Bihar was illigal. It is sad that the persident of India had been party of it, and onus lies on him for acting at it in haste without applying his mind before signing the papers. Do we need the presidents who are rubber stamps only? Image of the Manmohan Singh has also sullen as he collaborated with Lalu Yadav in rushing for it.
