It is the USA that needs civilian nuclear technology from India, not other way ! There were more accidents in USA nuclear and Russian programs than Indian ! Remeber the Three Mile Island Accident in USA and Chernobyl accident in Russia, there qwere no such accidents leike that india by God's Grace ! WHEN WILL WE GET RID OF our inferiority complex, for god's sake ?
