Raja Raja Cholan was a tamil King. The Arya CHakravarthis and the 13th Century Chieftains of Jaffna are all a legacy of the Cholas and Pandyas. Hence, unless you are advocating a "Greater India" it is best to leave out Tamil exploits as Indian for which Sri Lankan Tamils have as much rights. Especially given that until the 12-13th Centuries, the Tamil Lands were independant.
