do u know how many ppl kiss in the public in chennai...go see a movie thetre in chennai guys...u wont see the movies....go to the beach you can see almost all the copules kiss...all thses are some stupid junk... listen to your self before writing these things...have you been to all the engineering colleges in chennai ???
Before picking things on chennai, have a look at other cities and news in and aroud those cities...we tend to remember all the negatives even thay are small....pls change your attitude..
I agree there are some stupid rules in some stupid colleges ...but look overall...
