If that is the case, what you think of culture then? kissing in public places and going for discos in midnight is what culture is? When the western countries are looking for India to adapt the traditional values over here, why are we looking to them to adapt their culture? In the capital city of India, everyday in newspapers you could find rapes in some part of the city. why is it more in delhi not in Chennai?
The Engineering colleges need to be strict, Professionalism is not going to come just in a single day. Anna University which is one among the top universities in india, is having some ethics for itself. These should not get destroyed by the name of modernization.
