I agree with the author about the moral policing in Chennai , not only chennai , but many other places in India. The disbelief expressed many of them when somebody pinpoints some wrong doings , is just the attitude of thinking everything in their city or state is perfect. But this is highly condemnable . One needs to understands their mistakes and downfalls so to go ahead to make more progress.
