I think the writer thinks Chennai is NY or something. Trying to infuse too much of western bad habits here.Chennai is chennai...Big Brother is right! Only FORCE will bring discipline.A society should have proper discipline for its functioning. Thanks to BIG BROTHER Chennai has not and will not become a Bangalore or Mumbai which has forgotten its roots and caught midway between east and west. My wife and daughter can walk peacefully in Chennai roads.THANKS BIG BROTHER. YOU ARE REALLY MY BROTHER.Chennai will not bow down to these stupid people and their useless suggestions.
