This article is written in a very bad taste
by Venkat on Oct 04, 2005 10:58 PM

The greatness of India lies in our culture and our family values. It is just about one particular city or town or village in India but the entire country. Family forms the core. Parents strive to keep the families intact despite their personal differences.
The author has denigrated Chennai and the residents with absurd scenarious and conclusions which are totally uncalled for.
There is a certain level of decency and propriety that is required in public places. The thumb rule is not to do things which one would be ashamed to do in front of their family or colleagues or friends. Please do not mix fun with public decency.
I request rediff not to publish such articles in poor taste.
