I find this interesting. I live in the US where people can kiss in public and it's no big deal. Heck, In NY, it is legal for women to go topless. Some posters here seem to be suggesting that allowing kissing will lead to even worse behavior such as having sex in the park or something along those lines. I will tell you that people kiss in public here quite often but I have never seen people having sex in a park or any other public place. Nor have I seen a topless woman in NY city and I have been there many times. If I had seen these things, would it have detracted from my life in any way? Of course not. Some people just need to spend more time worrying about what they are doing and less time worrying about what others are doing. Yes, there should be some rules but this kind of policing of morals is just not right. I certainly don't want other people enforcing their moral beliefs on me.
