Maybe the policies of dress code in colleges and behavior in public places is a bit too much but the fact is that the chennai is not new to see the general showing-my-affection-with-a-kiss-in-public gesture turn obscene, half-hidden under a bush-ladden-park or behind a boat on a sea-side!!
The root cause of all this issues is thst there is no proper education on sex. You cant encourage the youngsters to indulge in their passions if they are not fully aware of the consequences physical, mental or spritual.
Instead of shouting slogans against there new rules and regulations it is better we take a more mature approach of spreading the message of sex-education which has to start right from parents-children.
