i do not know why the writer is having this much of hatred with the city and people. Probably the author does not know the full history and tradition of the city (or even india). The city and the people are good. chennai is the world of great cultures and tradition and having more than 35000 temples than any other place in india. still people follow the culture and tradition. Actually it is good to have these restrictions so that our culture may not be spoiled. No one (no literature) said that having sex is a sin or having a girlfriend is a sin. Those who does not want to follow the tradition can straight away leave to other country where they can live freely. i (we) do not want (our) future generations to say that 'your childern and our children are playing with our children'. Please follow the tradition and do whatever you want in home safely and securely. where sex is not a sin and love is not a crime. But there is a time and place for everything.
