Unlike other metros Chennai has it own tradition. Chennai has the record of least crimes when compared to other metros in india, because of the rules followed by Chennai Policemen, in your terms the "Big Brother". I can say Chennai policemen were the best in maintaining law and order. This is not United States or UK to kiss and romance in public. We have our own culture and Tradition. We should follow. You can easily adapt the proverb "When you are in Rome, be a Roman". But not able to follow the discipline. If the rules which big brother follow is wrong, Chennai woluld not attract investors. Please have anote in in your mind. Tradition and culture are India's identity. Don't try to spoil it.
