Totally wrong strategy. Make all comunities adhere to single child norm. Mr. Sudarshan should study and search for better avenues. Let him be more pragmatic and stop all this useless loud thiking. Being a all powerful head of a mighty organisation Mr. Sudarshan should take care of greater and important issues regarding demographic imbalances. 120 years is certainly not a time period I personally would fear.
