yes Husband should also get maintanance from his earning wife if he doesnot have source of income.i appreciate courts verdict to give the maintanance for husband.from many years only women were getting maintanance in divorce case.but now situation is changed. Now many women are earning and are independene from there spouse earning. if you are talking about gender equality then man should also get maintanance in such cases
