I feel the guy cannot get a sentence for the simple reason that if govt. goes ahead and hangs him all the abu salems of this country will go and beach bathe in portugal as that govt. will never extradite anyone to india!!! so it would be foolish on the govt.'s part to give him death.
another way out could be that he be tried for 3 or 4 cases on him and sentenced to life which the portugese have asid should not exceed 25 yrs. very fine indeed. but the rest of the cases out of nine should be heard after the 25 yr period is completed. voila!! u have the bugger behind bars till he rots and dies in the jail! for all the innocents he has killed and all those families he has maimed and hurt he needs the worst punishment that God gives in hell. as for our dear monica who despite being a hindu is a shame on her religion. a muslim woman would never keep close ties (let alone marry) a hindu who has committed such an act on muslim people! this is the irony of our so called HINDUS.
