If the govt. has given an undertaking to the govt. of Portugal that he will not be handed the death penalty in any of the cases for which he will be tried under our law. Then he should be awarded one year in prisonment for every single person killed in those blasts comunilatively which comes out to 250 years in prison, but for that also they, the govt. had given an undertaking that the maximum time he will be in prison will be less than 25 years.
So in my opinion he should be given a sentence of 24yrs. & 360 days in prison and after he is released he should be killed in a fake encounter, and the authorities can always say it was a case of mistaken identity after his death.
So the govt. keeps its promise also and does't let's the bird to fly again.
