abu salem shud definately be given death penalty but not by hanging but by making him sit on a bomb (of such a intensity which doesnt kill him instantly but within the span of 5-7 minutes) and then explode it s o that he can also realise the pain and agony which the victims of mumbai blasts suffered from.
