he shld b givn capital punishmnt 4 killing so many innocent indian citizens.its 4 the coufrt 2 decide whtr the pre-condition be given value.i firmly believe he shld be hanged.if not he shld b made to suffer 4 the crimes he has done.the condition goes tht no more thn 25 years jail.give him 24 years,after tht period,try him 4 anthr case and gav him anthr 24 years.
