break the commitment with portugal government

hang this killer till death. he has no right to alive in this world.

How can portugal government stop Indian government to give him death sentence as well as capital punishment and not more than 25 years prisonment.

if serial momb blast took palce in there country what they would have done.

so please by keeping all this mind help indian Indian government and insaniyat.
