Yes. If the charges on Salem demand a death penalty, the sentence should be awarded.
But if we fail to take the Portugal Govt in to confidence, then in future, not only the Portugal but others may not extend any co-operation. In this case, Indian govt have to use its diplomatic skills to provide justice to all those people who have suffered losses from Salem.
