When India has given a promise in the case, it should NOT ask for capital punishment. This will destroy the credibility of our brave police and intelligence men. He should be sentenced to 25 years rigorous imprisonment, but should be confined NOT in a jail anywhere near mumbai. It is best to keep him in a remote jail in say TamilNadu. There should be an annual review of his jail, where a judge should certify personally that Salem is undergoing his sentence as per law. This is part A of his sentence.
Part B -- All the NGO's, lawyers and film stars who seem to support him slightly should be taken to task by our intelligence. They should be punished equally if NOT more for associating with a terrorist.
Dear Manmohan, I do not want a growth rate of 7%+, i want to see Salem sentenced first.
