The Law must take its course without any pre-conditions. We believe in India, Law is SAME FOR EVERYONE, Nobody is special or previleged, in the eyes of Law.
If capital punishment does not exist in a country where a suspect is held, does not mean same LAW should be applicable in India. If India has given an undertaking, then was this done Lawfully - IF NOT LAWFULLY DONE, Then this group of person / party who has done - has done for its PERSONAL BENEFITS and not in the interest of the country.
The concerned person / party should be made accountable and prosecution started for CHEATING THE INDIANS for such a Henious Crime.
