Only one question arises while thinking abt this subject. Does death could serve the purpose ? i think not but we cant go beyond that. it would not b justifiable for the families of those 250 victims n many other persons who faced one of the most terryifying moments of their lives. though i was very young at that time n was at a safe & sound place far away from that but still i can feel the chill then went past thru me at that time.
so instead of asking other country for giving green signal to the death penalty shouldn't we ask whether they could have taken this step if this incidence is related to them ?? In clear words sparing Abu Salem means creating yet another loop hole in the security section of the nation and formulation of a well researched and crafted procedure of creation of more Abu Salems.
For these kinda people DEATH SHOULD NOT BE THE END BUT IT IS ALL THAT IS IN OUR HAND.
