Yes ofcourse if this man is 100% guilty of the Bombay Bomb Blasts then nothing less than Capital Punishment can resolve the matter. But since the deal with Portugal has already made it clear that he wont be getting Death Penalty , the next is obviously Life Imprisonment. But in India even that is only for 14 years.What after that , another Travel Agency ?? So some provisions must be made so that people like Salem live, and see what is hell with all his life in Rigourous Imprisonment in which he cant make an appeal to any court in India or in the UN under the Human Rights division. But plainly if a man is responsible for the brutal killing of innocent people and destroying property worth >Rs.200 Crores and more importantly ruining the life of Bombay at that time ... WE DONT WANT SUCH A HUMAN LIVING IN OUR SOCIETY OR ANY SOCIETY IN THIS PLANET.
