SURE! He should not only be given death sentence but shoud be killed part by part for the crimes commited by him along with his gang. I fail to understand, how Indian government could accept such pre conditions from another country for extraditing a Indian national who had commited and continues to commit henious crimes on Indian land? Naturally the law of the landshould apply.
