The act of terrorism done by Abu Salem has no pardon. Nothing can justify innocent killings. And for such heinous crimes, death penalty is the only sentence that should be given. But one should not forget, that a commitment has been given by the government of the country. And under all circumstances, this commitment given to another country needs to be honoured by our judiciary. Because it is matter of our country's commitment given to another country. If it is not honoured, the repurcussions in international arena for our country is very evident in the long run.
