Could we find any severe penalty than death?
by Sameer Patro on Nov 13, 2005 01:25 PM

Its quite surprising for another country to

encroach the law & order system of India, where

the offender is charged. Well, the word offender

is probably still a respectable word for the kind of

criminal activity this man has calculated. Keeping

the humanitarian ground, its perhaps okay to

forgive a single major crime but if we look at the

history of this desperado the elasticity of

humanitarian is lost. Its for sure a multiple death

penalty. If our law and order system doesnt

recognizes its own principles, the countrymen

might lose faith in it or for that matter, if the

judiciary system cant award a death penalty to

this man, then they should bring back all the dead

penalised to life, since they did commit less

gauged crime than this offender.

For Gods sake for Peoples sake for our

futures sake lets not encourage crime where

the penalties are nimble. Itll bring more crime in

action and for that matter more criminals. Its time

our country becomes more practical. Its

important. Its crucial.
