Defenitely a criminal like Abu Salem doesn't deserve anything less than a death penalty. I think the portugal court should have taken note of his crimal background in India and shouldn't have put any pre-conditions before his extardition.
He is no less than a terrorist after his activites including the Mumbai blasts which killed around 300 innocent lives and famous music director Gulshan Kumar and others. People like him are a danger to the society which he lives.
