My deepest condolence are there for the gentleman, veteran and an absolutely secularist personality - unlike the pseudo secularists of the day. As a teenager we used to listen to him over Radio (as Balraj Dutt - a Mohial Brahmin) and then in a series of well meaning films. He remained an icon for the youth throughout his life. Though recognised in political circles a bit too late, he would still leave his unblemished record for the nation. May God give courage to Sanjay and other family members to withstand the shock.
