The most recent administrative reforms initiated by Manmohan Singh in related to IAS officers is heartening and takes us in correct direction. this is the good job done by our PM. probably when we implement those reforms successfully, then we might not see the likes of L V Saptharishi's, Akhand Pratap Singh's of UP and all.
