The socialist and restrictive policies of yesteryears kept India tied down. Thanks to them, India managed to remain so poor and wasted so much time after gaining Independence. Now, its the remarkable progress which is being made in Telecommunications and Information Technology in India is surprising the dim-witted politicians. Growth in mobile penetration is just one aspect of the whole change in Indian business and society. I would say that its time that India adopt a resolution that Politicians should not be allowed to run the country, coz they are the ones who cause major damage due to their petty squabbles. Only highly educated, qualified broadminded people should be chosen and allowed to run the system.
