calling all practical indian muslims
by ashish sinha on May 10, 2005 12:30 AM

Please ask your law board to accept Indian Judicial system. It is fair and for all. Its way of functioning is not bound by any religion but by logical, practical thinking.

Its not that the uniform civil code is going to favour hindus or christians. Its going to be uniform for all, but it will largely go against muslim law because.. I don't know why... their laws are so illogical. It seems so foolish.

I am not denouncing muslim faith. Please pray to Allah and go to mosques, but please shunn all such practices that will take us backward in our quest of development.

I am a hindu but it doesn't matter much.. I want my country to be prosperous. Let all ambiguities be shunned forever. Please folow the Indian constitution , it has space for all.

Please do not look at hindus with suspicion. Its a myth that we are bad to muslims. We r yours and you r ours. Together we belong to india. We r all indians.

We need the blessing of both allah and lord rama for the progress of our nation.

help us.. please... be practical.

ashish
