The Congress has always followed the Britishers' policy of "Divide and Rule", under the name of Secularism.. Its time we ask the Congress and all the other parties that boast of 'Secularism', whether they really understand the meaning of the word 'Secular'? If they do, then why are they not taking any initiative towards the implementation of Uniform Civil Code?
