Reality is totally different, the world in caos and calamity is mainly because of them. Any one letting them enter in to your scope would suffer the same fate as the Russians currently with extra ordinary inflation and total social mess. Even the Japanese with all their checks and balances have ate mud with all their extra ordinary economic success. If Japan is promised a membership on a purely world's security body on their purchase of american beef, what else one can say about USA the Great country.
