US F-16's
by jj on Mar 29, 2005 03:05 PM

In the shortest phrase what the US has done is called double talk. I was surprized to hear the decision of US to supply F-16's to Pakistan and further more to supply them to India also. Wow how generous after all Americans are known to be generous people. Look at recent history - they have been generous to President Bush by reelecting him. This president has time and again proven that he is out there to spread terror, violence and to scare his own people . Time and again his administration has taken steps towards a more dangerous world, towards creating more enemies and it has behaved arrogantly. I do not see how F-16's will help Pakistan or India to fight terrorism when President Bush himself has said in his debates that to fight terrorism "We do not only technology but men on ground", thus justifying his action to send the forces in Iraq.He himself has gone against his own words. Its high time that India takes a decision to stop supporting USA in its unjust fight against terror, as we all know that this whole drama of anti-terrorism is nothing more than a mechanism to earn money especially by defence contractors like Halliburton, whose Ex-CEO happens to be Mr. Vice President.
