Re: US tells India ...
by Vaskar Bhattacharya on Mar 29, 2005 03:15 PM

Bush administration speaks of its admiration for democracy and its pledge to support non-proliferation, by projecting itself as a global watchdog. It requires no speacial intellect to see its the huge gap between what it preaches and what is practises.

It's better to have a known enemy, with a clear agenda, albeit negative, than have an ally like the current US adminstration. Bush talks about "war against terror" more often than not, while strategically drives military business out of terror-inducing rogue states. Irrespective of what the US says of world peace, progress, blah, blah, blah, it knows at the heart of its heart, peace in South East Asia is something which they will serve their evil business interests!!! The faster this is understood by us, the South East Asians the better for us.
