Koynana is one the most siesmically active zone, located in Deccan Traps, which belongs to Createous era.Siesmic activity most likey has been increased by the dam located in Koyana.It is just a coincedence that my research paper highlighting the predictive model for eathquakes/landlides in Deccan Traps was accepted by Environmental & Water Resources Institute, USA in year 2005.
