I would like to rise my concern about the unfair judgement, Instead of punishing the Father in Law why are they forcing Imrana to live with him. This would create sense of insecurity and doubts in the minds of feminine gender. I am also concerned that this should not set a bad example and create shame for the followers of Islam. In my opinion the Father in Law has to be punished and let the couples decide their fate( If Imrana chooses to live with her husband she should be allowed to).
I was shocked about the verdict given by the Law board, As Islam is one of the very few religions who takes the consent of the Bride in choosing her Groom.
