IMRANA
by deepak shastri on Jun 28, 2005 06:58 PM

Muslim Personal Law Board probably have it very easy in India. Which time of history they are living in? They should think through their heads and not through rigid interpretations. This, obviously, makes them unpopular in our country. Why are they not able to think like a normal human beings? What if something similar happens to their own kith & kin? Will they understand then? I doubt.

Irrespective of any religion, this issue should be thought off as that of an individual - Why are others becoming "BEGAANEE SHAADI MEIN ABDULLAH DIWANA?"

Very funny rules still not interpreted properly just out of fear of personal loss of life by somebody attacking them or their family members. Now, evenif there are good enough people in their community who understand what is correct and what is not, they are scared to death.
