These semi literate or illiterate ulemas and mufties are doing more harm to Islam than any one else. They go on passing fatwas without considering it's post consequences and they are so arrogant that they even don't want to listen any logical argument. Sometimes they pass edict of their own choince in the name of God and the illiterate muslim masses fall pray to it. Fatwa passed on Imrana is a true example. It lacks the reference from the verses of the Holy Quran or from the Hadith which are the source of the shariya.
