HC rejection of the bail plea has shown that in India every one is equal before the law. Persons of the type 'Pataudi'(still consider themselves to be the 'Nawabs') feel they are above the law and can do anything unlawful and illegal and get away with it.
I am happy that HC has rejected the bail plea. This will further strengthen people's faith in the higher judiciary.
Now Pataudi should surrender and allow the law to take its own course.
