The analogy of Valmiki and Ramayana is brought in. Valmiki became a sage from a thief and not vice versa and is looked upon for this. Ravan, who was a devotee of Shiva stooped to steal another man's wife.
Now, compare this with Jinnah. He started as a secular politician and though did not practice Islam, used fundementalist views to create Pakistan. His speeches were as vitriolic as Tagodia's, to put in a scribe's words who was covering those meetings.

The logic is perverse.....
