Also the IT honchos you mentioned have to toil 14 to 16 hrs / day and if they are in Far East then God knows how many, for their bread and butter. None of these persons can enjoy a peaceful life with their near & dear in a place dearest to their heart, which if you dont know, is called living. The other side of the coin is that the countries OR the Indian states these people moved into were not xenphobic. Once they become then we can see the ugly images similar to street fights happened between Mahrashtrians and Biharis OR Biharis and Assamese.
